Pick a folder of paintings

If the selection includes a manifest.json with artist and title fields, those will be used to name each palette. Otherwise the filename is parsed.

"Pick folder" uses the modern folder API (Chromium only). The other buttons work in every browser — select the folder or shift-select all the images plus the manifest.json.
